# CMX人物小聚:前Uber Eats 北亞區用戶營運經理Nico Yu

CMX 人物小聚十二月的主題邀請到了前 [Uber Eats](https://www.ubereats.com/zh-TW/?ref=growthhackers.tw) 北亞區用戶營運經理 Nico Yu 來分享。

Nico 在這場活動中分享了兩大主題，前半段是分享了在 Uber Eats 的經驗，是如何開拓海外市場，也很大方的分享模板給大家參考使用。

在分享上半段後，立馬接著利用了工作坊讓我們能夠現學現用，Nico 提供了一間國外公司 [Rover](https://www.rover.com/?ref=growthhackers.tw) 如果要進入台灣市場三個月內要如何進行。（Rover 類似寵物版的 airbnb）

下半場的主題，Nico 為我們分享了從台灣到海外的職涯經驗，如何制定職涯規劃，經營人脈，更懂享受人生。
